- Fixed an issue where the plug-in load permission dialog is shown unnecessarily.

- Fixed issue that caused “Force keyboard volume control” to reset on each launch.
- Fixed issue that caused Sound Control menu to not show on some spaces.
- Fixed System Input, System Output and Frontmost app hotkeys.
- Balance settings are now saved and restored properly for output devices.
